Ensuring your safety with our meticulous 6-step sterilization process

1. Cleaning & scrubbing the dental instruments

With running water. Removes dried serum, plasma, whole blood, plaque from metal surfaces and other debris.(All contact and non-contact dental instruments).

2. Chemical sterilization:

Instruments are dipped in using 1,6-dihydroxy2,5dioxahexane solution for minimum 30 minutes. Active against bacteria, bacterial spores, viruses and fungi. Also prevents corrosion of metals.

3. Ultrasonic cleaning

Instruments are cleansed in an Ultrasonic cleaner chamber for 20 minutes. Ultrasonic cleaners are designed to remove microorganisms and other fine debris from less accessible surfaces using sonic vibrations at high frequency.

4. Autoclaving

Dried & sealed in separate packs, followed by sterilizing in Class-B autoclave for 15 minutes at 121 °C or 3 minutes at 134 °C to ensure 100% sterilization of bacteria, bacterial spores, viruses and fungi.

5. Ultra-violet light sterilization,

Sterilized dental instruments are stored in UV Light storage cabinets, to avoid recontamination from dental operatory & to maintain sterility of instruments till they are used for dental procedures. Destroys bacteria, bacterial spores, viruses and fungi and maintain the sterilization.

6. Periodic spore testing

checks to ensure quality and efficacy of sterilization .Spore testing provides a reliable method for sterility assurance. Spore testing determines that the most resistant microorganisms have been killed during sterilization.

    • We install state-of-the-art air purifiers in all treatment rooms to continuously filter and clean the air, reducing airborne particles and allergens. This technology helps to ensure a healthier environment for all our patients.

  • UV Sterilization

    • Each treatment room is equipped with advanced UV sterilization systems. These systems work to neutralize harmful pathogens, providing an extra layer of safety between patient visits.

  • Daily Fumigation

    • Our clinics undergo thorough daily fumigation to sanitize all surfaces and spaces. This process helps eliminate bacteria and viruses, ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

    • Our entire dental team is outfitted with high-quality PPE, including N95 masks, gloves, face shields, and gowns. This minimizes the risk of infection transmission and protects both patients and staff.

  • Instrument Cleaning and Sterilization

    • All dental instruments and tools are subject to a rigorous cleaning protocol. After manual cleaning, they undergo ultrasonic cleaning using a specialized disinfectant solution to ensure they are free from contaminants.
    • Instruments are then dried in a sterile environment, packed in sealed pouches, and sterilized using high-pressure steam in autoclaves. This multi-step process guarantees that every tool is safe for use.

  • Protective Coverings

    • To further prevent cross-contamination, we cover all surfaces that may come into contact with patients, including dental chairs, light handles, and other equipment, with protective barriers.

  • Regular Health Monitoring

    • Our dental staff participates in routine health screenings and testing for communicable diseases. This ensures that our team remains healthy and capable of providing safe care.

  • Clinical Audits
